This Policy has been in affect for quite sometime but has not been enforced.  We have recently started to enforce this to benefit all of our clients.   Our clients deserve the best service we can give them.   When we have a "No Show" it does not allow us to offer that space to another client in a timely manner.  We do not want to charge these fees but feel it is necessary to insure everyone gets fair treatment.  So please call us to cancel if you can not keep any of your boarding appointments.

Our policy regarding boarding, daycare and grooming appointments are as follows:

All appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

All appointments surrounding a holiday will require a 72 hour cancellation notice.

              You will receive 1 free missed appointment, after that there will be a 25.00 charge to your account for  any missed  appointments without proper notice.

Any missed appointment surrounding a holiday will then incur a required 25% deposit for all future boarding requests surrounding a holiday.
